As an engineering service provider we offer you our know-how to realise your projects. Starting from your ideas, sketches and samples we create production-ready designs and drawings. Our employees are very experienced at CAD-systems like Creo, ProE Wildfire and Catia V5.
Customer orientated realisation of engineering projects
We support you with our Know-How and latest technologies. We use the technical possibilities of the “3D-World” by digitalising your parts, 3D Printing and high-end production methods.

3D-CAD-Design
Our employees are 3D-CAD experts with many years of experience. We offer these skills to design the most complicated parts and assemblies in Creo, ProE Wildfire or Catia V5. We will provide you 3D models and 2D drawings according to the required standard. Apart from this, we offer analysis to check the available space for re-engineering and concept studies. Our highly praised experience in automotive design helps to perform these studies.

3D-Scanning and Reverse Engineering
For classic cars and historic vehicles most of the time only old and worn parts are available for the production of new parts. Where manual measuring methods reach their limits, we apply the digitalisation of the used parts by using modern 3D scanning methods. Based on these scans we design the new part. If desired, we use our know-how of the latest manufacturing and heat treatment methods to optimise the components.

FE-Calculations and Optimisation
Short development times are becoming more and more important. Component tests are expensive and time consuming. In order to reduce the development time and costs, con-SEPT offers flow (CFD) and Finite Element calculations. Examples are the optimisation of the air or water flow through cylinder heads, improvement of the heat dissipation or strength optimisation.

Rapid Prototyping and small production lots
Nowadays there are many different ways to produce parts by rapid prototyping. 3D printing is not only used for plastics, but the possibilities to “print” parts made of aluminium, steel and titanium are also growing rapidly. The costs to produce parts by conventional machining are high and the geometries are limited. For complex geometries 3D printing is an often used technology. This technology is also offered by con-SEPT.
