Thrust pieces for classic Mercedes engines<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not only valves, valve guides or seat rings need to be exchanged when the engine is overhauled, mostly also other parts need to get replaced, depending on the wear, to get the engine up and running again. In this case we had a project on the thrust pieces. These parts transfer the load from the rocker arm to the valve.<\/p>\n

These parts are used in older engines, like the M121, M180, M110 or M130. Based on original samples we determined the tolerances, material and heat treatment to start a small production lot.<\/p>\n\n\n
